Online surveys

Short online surveys, on your own site.

Ask your clients and visitors a few good questions, and read what they tell you.

In short

Formerie works well for short surveys you read one response at a time, such as feedback, post-event, or client questionnaires. Build the questions, share a link or embed the form, and read each response in the app. Charts and answer export aren’t available yet.

Each response, in the app
