For agencies

One form system for every client site.

Stop rebuilding contact forms and stop guessing when a client says they didn’t get an email. Formerie gives each client a workspace, and gives you the answer.

In short

Formerie lets an agency run the forms for many client websites from one place. Each client gets a workspace with its own forms, members, and delivery settings. When someone asks whether a message arrived, you open the submission and read its delivery attempts.

What changes for your team

A real answer to “we didn’t get it”

Every submission shows its delivery attempts and a readable reason for any failure. Failed email deliveries retry automatically, and you can retry from the submission page.

One workspace per client

Keep each client’s forms, members, domains, and delivery apart. Roles and per-form access decide who can see and change what.

Routing that survives a redesign

Recipients and templates live in Formerie, not in the site’s code. A client’s new sales contact is a settings change, not a deployment.

Works with whatever you built

Static, headless, or framework-based: link a hosted page, drop in a script embed, or use the SDK or JSON API.

Client email and domains

On plans that include them, serve forms from the client’s hostname and connect their email provider, with a guided DNS setup.

Spam handled the same way everywhere

Honeypot and link checks by default, rate limiting at the edge, and optional Turnstile or reCAPTCHA per form.

How a client site goes live

  1. Create the client’s workspace

Invite the people who need access, with a role for each.

  2. Build and preview the form

Set fields, validation, recipients, and templates in the app.

  3. Publish and place it

Use the hosted URL, the script embed, or your own UI with the SDK.

  4. Hand over with proof

Send a test, then show the client the delivery log.

Set up your next client’s forms for free.

New workspaces start on the Free plan, and listed prices aren’t charged during early access.
