How access works
Workspace roles
Owner, admin, editor, or viewer. A workspace role applies to every form in that workspace.
Per-form roles
Admin, editor, submissions, or viewer. On a form, an editor can make changes and can’t publish them.
Invitations by email
Invite someone in seconds, see who’s still pending, and revoke access anytime.
Activity history
See changes to configuration and members, and delivery retries.
Safer sign-in
Accounts can use MFA and passkeys, and show their own security events.

No limit on the number of workspaces. Each one has its own plan, members, and forms.
